I met Sally the very first day of high school.  We were so different but we got along wonderfully well even though I was the big mouth and she was the shy girl.  We helped each other with school work. I taught her how to knit and she taught me how to parse a sentence.

We never know how long we have.  But for certain, it is not long enough.  RIP, Sally.

Fondly, doris d

I too remember Sally, we lived around the corner from each other from 3rd grade at Lytton. We played dress up and cowgirls from house to house. Later she got interested in drama and so enjoyed her friends in high school. Then on to living in Canada for journalism and back giving classes at Junior colleges on "how to pack for travel".
Currently I drove by her family home that is being demolished on Forest Ave. lots of memories. Karen Paulsen
